We’re excited to announce that Epic is the new official reading partner of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. We recognize that reading is a catalyst for learning and growth, and we’re excited about our role in championing spelling skills!
This partnership underscores the shared commitment of Epic and the Bee to strengthen the link between spelling and reading. A recent survey we conducted in September found that a whopping 92% of Epic educators believe that regular reading significantly improves their students’ spelling skills.
Each year, the Bee publishes Great Words, Great Works, a book list of suggested titles organized by grade level and the Bee’s three reading levels. This year’s list includes contemporary fiction, classics and nonfiction titles, all of which have been carefully selected to engage kids and enrich their vocabularies.
The list of 36 books includes two you can find now on Epic:
