What you’ll need:

  • 1 clay pot

  • 1 pencil

  • Acrylic paints
Painted pots

How to make it:

  1. Wipe off any dirt or dust from the pot.
  2. Decide what to paint and use the pencil to draw the shapes, patterns and pictures on the pot.
  3. Use the paintbrush and acrylics to paint within the lines you’ve just drawn.
  4. Clean the brush in the water when you want to change colors.
  5. If you want to use one color on top of another, be sure the bottom color is dry first.
  6. When you’re finished, let the post dry all the way and it’s ready to be the perfect Mother’s Day gift.
