Stan could see the Fortin graves across the brushy eld There were about twenty of them close together Stan leaned against the iron fence He reached into his pocket and took out a small notepad He needed to write some things down to share with the Zombie Hunters The Zombie Hunters were a group of kids who each lived on the edge of a different graveyard They had battled ghosts and other spirits many times Stan’s Journal Thursday September 24 6 32 p m I’ve been warned by a ghost Randall Fortin has been dead for a hundred years But he’s up and kicking tonight He told me to stay away from his grave He thinks I’m one of the Wymans Sounds as if the Fortins and the Wymans don’t like each other very much I wonder why It might be fun to find out I’ll get the Zombie Hunters out here and we’ll see what happens 10
